Who we are

AI Trade is a sole proprietorship run by Hakan Aydın in Istanbul, Türkiye, acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Address: Cevizli Mah. Zühal Cad. A Ticari Blok Apt. No:46/50, Maltepe/İstanbul. Contact: hakan.aydin@aitradeai.net.

What we collect

When you request a check-up: your name, work email, company, phone (optional), your note (optional) and your answers to the form questions. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects the details you enter there.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, arrange the call and prepare the check-up. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (KVKK Article 5/2 (c) and (f)).

Where it is stored

Form answers are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). Google may process this data on servers outside Türkiye. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools.

How long we keep it

Up to two years after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to hakan.aydin@aitradeai.net.
